BLOCCK On the RISE

If you need an example of what it means to apply constant pressure on others around who are trying to make it, then the example you need is this new hot Recording Artist from Brockton, MA called Blocck. It seems like Brockton is in good hands with talents rising such as the boys from Van Buren Record and many others from that music scene, but with Blocck releasing his “First Take” EP on all platforms back in January, 2021 - the streets have been occupied with his melodic storytelling bar-for-bar rap style for quite some time. A 5 song EP including a feature from the man who produced the entire EP himself -- Jayytoine, on a song called “LIL SHAWTY”. This set of bangers only give you a taste of what’s left to come from Blocck and his bag of imagery and bars.

Applying pressure is a form of influence, it’s a work ethic that shows passion and dedication, applying pressure is solely meant for others to see how much work you’re willing to put in especially in your own innovative style. After Blocck released his EP in January, he’s been actively utilizing his talent as he was apart of a so called “New York to Boston Fam Cypher” and also freestyling to Drake’s hottest single off Scary Hours 2 “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” featuring Rick Ross. This only goes to show that Blocck is serious about his craft and even comfortable with his confidence in spitting bars. That’s natural talent to have. His latest single “Count It Up” features a music video of him recording the song in the studio with an overlaid VHS - Super8 Film edit aesthetic produced by Jayytoine.

Definitely stay tuned for what’s to come, press the link below to check out “First Take” Ep.
